Hello and welcome! Have an idea to make our city even MORE AWESOME? Want to win $1000 with no strings attached? You are in the right place! 18 local micro-trustees have partnered with the international AWESOME FOUNDATION to launch an Awesome chapter here in Newburyport. The Awesome Foundation has donated over $7m to groups around the world in an effort to "create more awesomeness in the universe $1000 at at time." For our first year we will be awarding 6 $1000 micro grants every other month starting in November 2025 - September 2026. We are excited to hear about 'your project and how it can benefit our Newburyport community in some positive and AWESOME way. Our deadline for monthly proposals is the LAST TUESDAY of each month.
