A group of BIPOC women have gathered together to create a spring celebration community event. The aim is to celebrate the changing of the seasons through coming together to share a meal with one another.

The event is a BYOL (bring your own lunch) picnic, where we are meeting at Viking Ship Park (through collaboration with Gabby Clavo at the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County).

We are planning to have games and activities for families, community performances, and a place for local businesses (BIPOC and LGBTQ+ prioritized) to have booths as well.
