BeTV is an 8x12’ TV stage used to host various live programs, encouraging active participation from our community as opposed to passive consumerism. The design is a retro tube television facade that is laser cut and engraved on thin wood sheets and painted. The TV breaks down into smaller pieces so as to be transported easily, and is self-standing.

BeTV provides a platform for radical self-expression and self-acceptance, allowing for artistic excellence as people break out of their self and socially-imposed restrictions. There is a massive potential for BeTV to become a community-based experience. Barbara will use the funding to build the structure of BeTV.
