Thrive: Mental Wellness Initiative Program
At Arab Women United (501c3), we are committed to empowering women through accessible resources that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Our Thrive: Wellness Program combines mental health education with nutritional wellness, recognizing the strong connection between mental and physical health. The program consists of interactive seminars led by licensed mental health professionals and nutritionists, covering topics such as stress management, building emotional resilience, and the impact of nutrition on mental health.
Participants gain culturally sensitive insights into balancing their mental health while learning practical approaches to healthier eating and lifestyle habits. Through guided activities, resource-sharing, and open discussions, the Thrive program equips women with tools to enhance their overall quality of life. By addressing these interconnected areas, we aim to foster a holistic approach to wellness that empowers women to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
