I am looking to put up 30”x60” flags honoring our awesome men and women have served in the military. Hoping to get this project off the ground this year so by next the 250 birthday of the country we will have a good representation of the people that served our Country. These flags will be mounted on telephone poles and have a picture, name , rank , the military branch and the years served. The set ups cost approximately $200 which in most cases will be born by the family. Anyone that had a family member killed in action or for some reason can not afford the set up a grant from Awesome Georgetown will take care of approximately 10 flags.
