In order to provide better service to the children and teens of Georgetown, we want the tools to meet them where they are. Enter the Book Wagon! The Book Wagon is a heavy duty wagon that we can use to transport books and other supplies to locations around Georgetown (like the schools and American Legion Park). It would be a 'second' branch of the library, allowing patrons to check out and return books, use wifi, and sign up for library cards. It would also provide outreach services for the library, putting in front of prospective patrons that may not be aware of the full breadth of our services.
