Circus of Hope, created by a team of former flying trapeze artists, works to empower at-risk and special needs children throughout the Austin community. Through a variety of circus-based activities such as aerial arts, partner acrobatics, and juggling, kids learn the benefits of team work and positive risk-taking while gaining self-confidence and expressing creativity. This Awesome Foundation grant will allow Circus of Hope to upgrade their equipment so they can continue to bring their free programming to area youth.
