Our non-profit, Boundless KID Collective, is working to expand the opportunities for homeschoolers in the Westminster area. Boundless is an organization serving 120 students from a total of 48 families in the Westminster area. We have had classroom opportunities for 3 school years, but this year we have expanded our offerings to include a clubs program. Clubs include: Chess, Photography, Farm and Forest, and First Lego League. All of our clubs are being led and facilitated by volunteers. This includes our First Lego League Teams. First Lego League is an organization that helps students gain experience with a variety of STEM topics and career opportunities. Westminster is quickly becoming an amazing technology hub, with things like the TING network availability, the Exploration Commons opening, MAGIC and their tech programs, etc. We'd love to help build the STEM offerings in Westminster, as well as engaging the homeschooling community in this tech growth. The leaders who have volunteered to mentor the current two teams have generously agreed to take on a third team, but this creates additional expense.
