San Jose Is Not For Sale: A Community Project
Forever In The Right Mind LLC would like to produce a 6-part documentary series telling the stories of 6 different San Jose entrepreneurs and artists. The series will be called San Jose is Not For Sale: A Community Project. This series will display San Jose BIPOC community members (ie: [Nirvana Soul Coffee Shop], [Abel Gonzalez @driftin], [Jordan Benigno and JR Soriano owners of Paradox Barbershop], and others) making a living off of their skills and intuition. The goal for San Jose is Not For Sale: A Community Project is to bring our marginalized community members together for a common goal, which is to inspire young people in our communities to chase their passions. Entrepreneurship, art and community is the soul of San Jose and we would like to shed light on that, as well as, uplift the community to continue the tradition.
Once the series is complete, we will host community events in local small businesses to engage the community and introduce the final product, San Jose is Not For Sale: A Community Project. These events will consist of local small business, food vendors, and San Jose culture.
