We run a hygiene hub (showers, Portopotties, basic health, & a clothing and bedding exchange - 4 nights a week) underneath the Morrison Bridge on the corner of MLK & SE Belmont. It is surrounded by a chain link fence which used to have beautiful art filled nylon banners, which have been graffitied beyond repair. Our plan is to replace the banners with a wood slatted overlay, painted and anti-graffiti coated with images related to our internal RACC funded mural completed last year featuring housed and unhoused portlanders sharing space and enjoying one another's company.
