"Morph" Clothes Recycle Project for Orphans

Three years ago I sent a bunch of old clothes to the orphanage. It made me think about recycling second hand clothes to create new designs. So I began to investigate what it would take to kick start this kind of project. After spending some time on my research I think I have the answer.
My main goal is to create a sustainable production chain that brings new, cool and fashionable clothing to children, because everyone deserves to feel good in their clothes. I would like to produce these clothes on a monthly or weekly schedule and distribute them to several institutions who work with kids in need.
