I currently offer Fashion Craft Workshops for women and girls. Within these Workshops, participants learn to revamp existing items and turn them into a unique, custom piece. Participants are encouraged to Be Unique, Stand Out and Dream Big. I have been wanting to add Sewing Workshops to my menu. This would allow workshops to reach new heights as participants would be taught the fundamentals of creating fashion on another level.

This investment would enable me to provide hands-on sewing classes, empowering women and girls with valuable skills in design, creativity, and sustainability. These workshops would foster a sense of community while promoting self-expression and eco-conscious practices through upcycling and crafting.

It will serve as a welcoming space for participants to connect, share ideas, and create lasting bonds, building a stronger sense of community. By teaching practical and artistic techniques, the workshops will also contribute to sustainability, encouraging participants to repair, upcycle, and create their own clothing and crafts, reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices. This initiative will inspire confidence, provide a platform for entrepreneurship, and celebrate the diverse talents of Chicago’s women and girls, making our city a more vibrant and inclusive place.
