About Us

The Truckee Awesome Foundation is looking for ideas to fund. Awesome ideas include, but are not limited to, those that:

• Encompass themes like fun, ecology, inclusivity, justice, pleasure, or art for art’s sake.
• Are temporary or permanent physical installations, events, digital assets, or more.
• Have a thoughtful purpose or intent.
• Are unlikely to receive formal support from other sources.
• Primarily serve the Truckee area.

Successful applicants are not expected to write grant reports about their work, but are asked to attend a celebratory event in their honor (and to invite their friends)!
