The purpose of this project is to implement a drone curriculum and apprenticeship program across JCPS. Students will earn drone industry specific certifications at the end of each learning pillar. Louisville Drone Academy’s apprenticeship program will allow graduating students an opportunity to work with local companies utilizing drone technology. This curriculum is designed to teach students how to use drones as an advanced tool and how to secure sustainable, higher paying careers utilizing their certifications and technology experience.
