Skate or DIY Fest II at The Newburgh Skatepark

Last year, a dozen or so creative folks came together to organize an event for the various cultural scenes, mediums, and movements. Music, skateboarding, clothing, movies, food, painting, photography, people, ideas, change. A place where disenfranchised people, who are the true rich soul of our culture, can curate and experience a moment in the pulse of a world, often kept beyond their fingertips.
Skateboarders from all over the valley came as did bands and photographers, Yummy Platters, Darkside Records, The Newburgh LGBTQ Center; and even an amazing After Party at Watershed Studios!
