Operation Keep Gloucester Warm

Together Gloucester has officially launched our 2nd "Operation Keep Gloucester Warm". We are collecting winter gear to share with the community at a public distribution event on December 7th at Trinity Congregational Church on Middle Street. Several City agencies (City Hall, Gloucester Fire, Gloucester Police Community Impact Unit, Cape Ann Veterans' Center, City of Gloucester DPW) and businesses (SeniorCare, Gorton's, XP Power, Gloucester Elks, Starbucks) have graciously placed collection bins at their offices/businesses. Based on request from our local non-profit community partners already this fall, there is a great need for warm winter clothing for the populations they serve as well as the general public.
