People Frame

A people frame is an oversized open picture frame that is strategically located at a spot within the city (Near Riverlights?) which allows people to climb into the frame and take pictures with the scenic background. There are a couple in Napa, see attached photos. In addition, my idea is to coordinate with City of South Bend marketing to create or tie into a hashtag so the users can post their pictures inside the frame. By doing this we provide a place for visitors to create memories and also promote our city at the same time in an interactive fun way.
The frames are steel or alumimum with a concrete base.
