We will be able to continue to provide football and other fun opportunitiesfor 12 to 17 year olds as a diversionary tactic to help reduce vandalism and other anti social behaviour.
We have storage containerson the grounds if St Angela's Primary schoolin Darnley that allows us to store football goals, bibs, football's and other items like tug of war ropes.
We are all volunteers and have had an immediate impact with this project with a regular 30 to 35 young people attending who otherwise may be walking around the streets with nothing to do.
There are no open public facilities in this local area so we are trying to maximise what us available - mainly two local primary schools.
The whole project is awesome as young people from this group have now become volunteers with us.
