This month, the Board of Awesome Foundation: Homelessness elected to support medical charities in Israel and Gaza, as the current war unfolding there is stripping people of their homes and tearing apart lives and communities. In Israel, we donated to American Friends of Magen David Adom (https://afmda.org/), which rushed to save lives in the wake of the October 7 attacks. In Gaza, we donated to Doctor's Without Borders Gaza response (https://www.doctorswithoutborders.org/latest/our-response-israel-gaza-war), as they bravely provide desperately medical aid in a war zone.
