Our initiative shares art and poetry with the communities of Housing Transitions, including those that support low-income residents, through one-hour community sessions open to residents of Evergreen Heights, Pleasant Hills, and other properties. We aspire to build connectedness as a way of uplifting the State College community. We’ve attached some pictures from our first holiday-inspired collage session at Evergreen Heights.
