We're the Glasgow Chapter of the Awesome Foundation. A fun way of giving no-strings-attached mini-grants to cool projects that will make the world - and Glasgow - more Awesome!
We are offering one £500 grant to a project or idea that will benefit the community and make Glasgow a more awesome place. We are keen to hear from charities, groups or individuals who are based in Glasgow. Projects or ideas in the early stage are welcome to apply, we will consider seed funding as well as contributing towards more established projects.
There are four criteria:
- The project must be based locally (Glasgow - with a G postcode).
- You need to have a budget - prove you have a plan for how additional funds will be raised.
- It has to benefit the local community
- Most of all, it has to be Awesome
Finalists will be invited to a gift night which you need to be able to attend in person. We are happy to cover travel expenses. We will accommodate online attendance if this is easier.
Good Luck!
NEXT DEADLINE: Wednesday 15 January 2025
PITCH NIGHT: Wednesday 5 February 2025
