I am applying on behalf of St Paul Catholic Elementary School. Here at St. Paul’s we have an extremely small, but very tight knit, school community. Our parent council have spear headed fundraisers, but due to the size of our school population and current cost of living issues affecting everyone, our fundraisers have fallen a bit short.
We are looking for assistance with the following projects and initiatives:
1. Our school yard was repaved by the board this past summer (2023) and we are looking to paint some fresh templates on the pavement for the students ie. 4 square, hop scotch, etc. This will help our students stay active during the recess breaks as they do not have access to a formal play structure.
2. Some of our school’s gym equipment has fallen into disrepair and needs replacing.
