City of Gloucester Halloween Party
The City of Gloucester’s Halloween Party is held at Stage Fort Park in October and welcomes people of all ages. Entertainment and activities during the event include tractor rides, touch a truck, d.j., costume parade, face painting, reptile exhibit, and games and prizes.
