Bringing a Tap Tap bus (common in the Caribbean and other countries) to the Seneff Arts Plaza for all to watch being painted and even help decorate, will bring back fond memories to Central Floridians from cultures where they've ridden a Tap Tap bus and also to travelers who've been amazed at the sight.
