Thirty Three and Three, LLC is dedicated to empowering Black and minority educators by providing the tools and resources they need to create thriving classrooms. Our project focuses on professional development workshops, mentorship programs, and motivational resources tailored to the unique challenges faced by educators serving marginalized communities. These programs will equip teachers with culturally responsive strategies, leadership skills, and a supportive network, enabling them to bridge the achievement gap and improve student outcomes. By fostering teacher retention and effectiveness, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive change in classrooms and communities.
