We are trying to diversify the food options in South Bend, IN by introducing the first traditional Tex-Mex BBQ company to the area. We are currently working on securing a long term lease to be a vendor at the South Bend Farmers Market. In the meantime we are taking catering opportunities to build capital to take our movement on the road. We believe in a low and slow tradition.
